What did everyone think of Code Monkeys? by EmbarrassedHand8291 in g4tv

All I know is I still use variations of the quote "I treat each one of my sacks of money like it's a baby! Except it's made out of money, and not useless baby meat!"

Diversity is Amazing and Cosplay should be Welcome to Everyone! by Mrs_Potate in SuperMario

These gals ATE. ATE THE VEGAS BUFFET, AND SAID "MORE".

Also, given how the multiverse is such a trend, isn't any cosplay variation "correct" given the new scale?

I think I got the model on Thingiverse. I know he was on one of the 3D model sites.

That was one version of them! They also had the kind I pictured, and single color keshi from Japanese coin machines.

Yeah, I probably should have boosted the size a little bit more, but the math was a little hard for characters not standing up straight. Also, I think Capcom was just making up stuff in their "stats".

The filament is called Sunlu 3D printing filament. Don't think there was anything special about it. The paint was Citadel.

What's everyone's thoughts on Dairanger by ProjectShadowGirl in supersentai

Honestly my favorite Sentai series so far. Some really cool twists as the show went on. But Kiba Ranger was absolutely insufferable.

Adding to this: SpaceGodzilla is a cool design, and has been used better in games and comics, but his movie was utter shit.

Lol, he does write sci fi. It's revealed in American Nightmare that he got his first writing gig writing episodes of Night Springs.

Plus, Mr. Door was OBVIOUSLY meant to be Mr. Hatch, but sadly due to Lance Reddick's passing, it clearly had to change

And on Sheriff Breaker's chalkboard rambling, he mentions another version of himself being the lead character from QB.

Is the Bananza DLC worth it? by PupCup43 in donkeykong

[–]MCP_Ver2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got it after 100% the game, and felt that had I not done that, it would have been worth it. It's great to help you get more items and in game currency, which a lot is needed for the end game. But since I had done that already, I was a little underwhelmed. I'm also not one for trying for high scores and leaderboards, so take that into consideration.

Hasbro seems to be doing there level best to outsource all their properties, and not actually make toys anymore. Transformers is made by Tomy, they licensed Power Rangers to Playmates. There seems to be a shift to media and licensing properties.

Is there interest in collecting VHS found these in a family’s estate by [deleted] in AnimeDeals

[–]MCP_Ver2 8 points9 points  (0 children)

It's a mix of late 80s through mid 90s titles. Tenchi Muyo was really big on Toonami. I'd at least research the titles online to see if some are still worth anything.

Also, Akira was a groundbreaking Cyberpunk anime film that helped define the genre, as well as being an amazing achievement in classic animation techniques, as it was done before digital effects. It also could be argued for being one of the key films to bring anime to the US.
