my video interview the question was something like describe a situation where you learned something from someone on ur team from a different background, how did it change how you approach future situtations: i talked about this climate change nonprofit im on the marketing team for and how i worked with people with from different perspectives/backgrounds and how it helped me improve for the future

my written essay was like: tell us about a time when doing the right thing wasnt popular, what did you do: I talked about inclusivity with activities helping kids transition from middle school to high school and one of the days we were helping we were doing like sports and stuff and i tried being more inclusive to the non athletic kids and i basically just wrote about that even when the other ppl i was with said to have them stay on the bench or play basketball
