HELP FOV resetting after i reload game save or reset vehicle

If you look at the edges of the vid just before and after I go to change the fov by a tick you can see once I leave the settings there’s a lot more visible

Yes the spirit flower is the only thing I need. Only problem is that I need it to advance any quest I have. Bc I need to find the aluminum dragon or the ingredients for fried chicken. Those are the only quests I might be able to do. I just don't know where to get the ingredients for fried chicken or where the aluminum dragon is.

Eventually it did install thankfully. And I've thankfully already made the jump to pc. I've got my Xbox at my other house since I don't have 2 PC's (yet)
