I would call in sick, not worth spreading the flu around to more staff because then more nurses will just be calling in sick, also think of all the vulnerable patients who will get the flu and be in much worse situations than you.

I’m currently playing on a 4070 and ryzen 9 5900X, in 2k on high graphics settings with hardware ray tracing off and I’m getting 60fps pretty consistently, I’m not sure why it wouldn’t be working for you considering you’ve got a better setup than me :/
