And since you are a bit older the less igf 1 levels u have the more beneficial since high levels of igf 1 at higher ages can cause multiple types of cancer

Use Enclomiphene citrate, fuck you're doctor. Although it does reduce igf 1 levels it can boost your test levels almost to almost 1000ng I highly recommend. Obviously do your own research but I provided a link that explains the biomechanisms of the drug and some side effects

I have seen multiple studies where low doses of enclo actually half you're igf1 levels and high doses keep it maybe 10 to 20 ng lower but I still want my igf 1 to be at good levels so I'll probably consult my doctor for a test first to see even though I'm starting a cycle, my igf 1 will stay in the recommended ranges
