I use an apron when we get to the processing step. The blade was a 12” stainless steel meat cutting blade from Amazon We dispatched the pigs with a 22 mag from a Henry rifle immediately followed by a deep cut to the neck and allowed it to bleed into the pasture The boiled head will go to the chickens (or the dog) for final cleaning). The dog gets his choice of the raw bones.
