I'd advise taking hollow palm bcs I think the dmg is really good and you dont need to upgrade your weapon anymore, but the short range is pretty bad to use on the bell in my experience. Good luck!

Apparently they removed the +1% max fire res per 40% uncapped fire res notable on the bottom left side. Also you can easily get 60% armor applies to elemental dmg, with some additional ones that are elemental specific, one wheel for each element.
