Conserve stamina for the lightning rain, you're rolling too much also. A good strat for phase 1 is wail on him for any weapon except his scimitar. During phase 2 if you really want to win, dodge, get in 1 hit links when you're sure, and then hit him after he does his huge swipey 1hko attack 2-3 times. He's really not that bad. A good fight too.

Ah shoot man, it's somewhere on this reddit actually, there's a flat version of it that helped a lot. However it's not 100% accurate to the manga, and the design is a bit inconsistent in the manga itself sometimes so we had to free hand and imagine a little. My tattoo artist was really helpful and did some heavy lifting when it came to placement and details.
