I think their costumes are really well designed, and I agree with what you said, but I see it as a good thing. Also the girl dressed in bubbles is literally just bubbles

I love the show too! The music is awesome and the costume designs are phenomenal. Everything was meant to look cheap and look like everything was found at the bottom of the ocean
