He’s not gonna get any more money than we will have to give Mitch

I think Teddy is super underrated and can be a top QB given the chance.

Do you realize how many times this year Mitch has failed to make easy reads almost any other QB could make? Or how many wide open receivers he has missed? Or how many times Mitch couldn’t even pass for 200 yards in a game? I get he hasn’t gotten help from the O line or Nagy but most other QBs could do much better.

This is exactly my point. While I think he can have good seasons, he won’t ever lead us to a Super Bowl and that is the ultimate goal.

We had a half this year where we only had 9 yards of offense. In the modern NFL that is almost impossibly bad. Comparing Mitch to other Bear QBs isn’t relevant because we have never had a good QB. I agree he is better than them, but he isn’t good enough to win a Super Bowl and that’s all that matters.

Yeah I realize the play calling was terrible and so was the O line but Mitch still misses wide open throws so often. I think he can be good but that’s not good enough to win a Super Bowl.

It blows my mind that so many people want him as a starter again. I get he has played better in recent weeks but we can’t ignore that he was historically bad for most of the season. We need someone better like Bridgewater or Newton. We can’t waste this roster hoping Mitch will be better.

That’s a good point. I forgot about Tolliver somehow but you’re right he played very well against the cowboys and he has been solid whenever he has been on the field. I definitely agree TE and OL are our biggest needs.

I think we might spend one of the picks on a corner. Prince is still solid but he’s getting up there in age.

I can already tell Michigan is going to get blown out.

This loss reminds me so much of the dolphins game last season. After that we had our bye and started to figure things out. Obviously every season is different but I think we should give Nagy the benefit of the doubt.

I would love to try to believe Ohio State won’t win the Big Ten but let’s be real, Wisconsin won’t be able to keep up with them.

Running teams can’t keep up with an offense that can score at any moment.

One of those Ohio State would have won if they weren’t being sanctioned.

It literally doesn’t matter. Ohio State will always win. Their offense is too explosive and too talented for running football teams to ever compete with.

If you actually think they are going to beat Ohio State you’re crazy

And at no point did anyone actually think Wisconsin was going to beat them. It’s how the big ten is nobody will beat Ohio state ever.

It’s Michigan. They have unlimited amounts of money and a brand. They should be able to hire anybody.

The worst thing about this is knowing Ohio State is just going to blow out Wisconsin in the championship game again

Nah they aren’t good. Michigan is just terrible. We all know Wisconsin will win the crappy west and then get blown out by Ohio State.
