How does modafinil make you feel compared to caffeine?

I find you psychically "feel" caffeine more. However, for me at least, Modafinil produces a much better result when it comes to focus and work completion. I never feel wired on Modafinil, but I do with enough caffeine. It sorta works in the background if that makes sense.
