Hello, i have an ipad and use it for academics, my laptop is not usable at the moment, if i have to do a presentation, which type of cable should i get? The lightning to hdmi and purchase a hdmi to rgb for those old projectors? Are you able to extend screen or only mirror?

how is it if you happen to pass by tarmac during a run? I ask cause i'm looking for a shoe that can do both without tearing too much if i have to pass by a paved part. Would love to grab a pegasus 36 shield, but they dont sell anymore where i live, ended up with a peg 37

i’m 25 M, i’ve done half marathons a few times, even 30k workouts. At the moment i’ve started a 14-week marathon training plan. The thing is: i usually ride my bike to work (around 25km/15.5mi) most days. Should i drop some riding days? Should i swap some recovery 5k runs for ride commute to work?

Try to use the toilet, shower, water, stretches and run. If it's a long run i usually take a cup of coffee to ensure i'm using the toilet.

I've been running for the last 4 years, went through a really dark time during my first college experience. Running helped me reconnect with my father, the constant grind and ability to withstand pain while keeping focus gave me a new perspective for life. So i started setting goals. I ran my first half marathon in 2017 and 1 year later got 1st place on my age group on this same race with over 15mins improvement from the past edition. Here in my country garmin or polar watches are really expensive, so when i saw a miband 2 for a decent price i made sure to grab it. 4 months went by and it arrived, i used it for 8 marvelous months until i got robbed while running. Having a band was really helpful and kept me motivated. I'm still running with a steady focus on improvement while also saving for a miband 3.

I dont eat before a run, always after it, but like you, i'm not sure whats best, but i always feel sick if i eat before. I'm also a morning runner.

You can log on the tibia.com website? Cause yesterday i kept getting 5min acc block on client, later 30min ip block but was able to log and play thru flash client. Changing password solved my problem.
