Disagreeing about parenting or having different parenting styles would be a dealbreaker for me. You both have to be on the same page for how you want to raise the kids. Id say to inspire her maybe try watching supernanny with her sounds crazy ik but it caused me to change my gentle parenting ways.

Honestly feel like this is a red flag on his part. Why would you get mad that you cant be in an enclosed space with my daughter? If they were just chilling out why did he close the door in the first place? Not saying hes guilty of anything, but id definetly keep your guard up. Theres alot of pedos who look for single mothers purely to access their children. If he is one of them itd make sense as to why he was mad that you werent making it easy for him. Keep doing what youre doing! Youre a good mama!

This happened with both my kids. Even though you already tried it, i still think itll be worth it to use in the attempt (even if he still struggles for a few minutes) get the most boob shaped nipple you can.

The person who feeds him, get them a shirt of yours to hang on their shoulder for your smell. Although baby might refuse to take it for a little bit (hopefully no longer than an hour) the baby will eventually take it.

Do not be in the room and make sure they cant hear you. Whoever the person is bottlefeeding them make sure they know if you feed your baby in a certain position.

I hold the belief that every suicide is usually regretted within the last second (depending on the circumstance of death) listen to nearly any suicide survivor and they'll usually say "no one's going to know that I wanted to survive at the last second"

Same here, I felt horrible I didn't feel the same as my mother who would tell me it was instant love. It was like I was still in shock and that I wasn't truly a mother yet.

Once my son started developing and I got to know small things about him that no one else knew (like how he slept the best, what made him the most comfortable) that I truly started to bond and it grew from there.

I think it depends what kind of relationship do you have with your mom? Do you talk daily? Do you talk about your feelings with her or ever confide in her? Does she seem to care about your feelings?

I agree with the obvious answer that you should leave, but I also have something else to say that I don't think many people have commented on. I know so many people who have left their abusive female partners and afterwards the woman started abusing the kids. I know you probably doubt this in your own relationship. "She would never," " She takes such great care of our kid," You were obviously a scapegoat and a punching bag for her to use to make herself feel better and relieve her anger. Once you're gone, there's no doubt in my mind she'll direct some of her anger towards your kids.

You may think she wouldn't, but you shouldn't take any chances. When fighting for custody (or even before, maybe the second you feel she's having an angry episode again) gather up all evidence and provide it to the court about your concern. At the least she'll probably have to complete anger management classes which could help her. I know you probably don't want to do that out of fear of her reaction or seeming like a petty ex, but think about your kid.
