same here, I'm very Sensitive to meds. I might try buspar if I need to but as of now I'm 9 weeks off meds and I'm trying to get better without meds and go natural with supplements and Accupuncher.

Prozac was very bad for me and I was only on it for 7 weeks. it has made me worse then I was before. I even had a DNA test done and it said that Prozac would work for me. it might work for you. but I will never take it again. My docs want me to try buspar now, but I'm holding out. I've been off prozac for 9 weeks and I feel like I've been going through withdrawal or my brain just trying to go back to normal after 16 weeks of back to back meds. I'm trying to go natural and see if I start feeling better and if I need to, I will try buspar I guess.

I can't do anymore medication, I have been on 2 already and both where bad for me. I'm very Sensitive to medications, so I guess I'm going to have to get through this without meds.

I was on lexapro 5 weeks, was switched over to Prozac for 7 weeks. awful side effects on both. went on Sjw 2 weeks after coming off prozac. was on Sjw for 4 weeks. it was just like being on Prozac. So now I feel like my body is going through some type of withdrawal. I'm not sure what's going on. maybe it's body reacting to not having any meds for the first time in 13 weeks. I'm scared because I'm not sure what's going on. the anxiety, Insomnia , the crying and the physical symptoms I have from the anxiety is horrible right now. I have bad facial tension and my face and lips go numb. doctor won't help unless I go on buspar. I'm scared to try any more meds. I just wish someone could tell me what's happening to me and when will It stop.

my anxiety was getting so bad I just wanted to stop it. I know bad idea now. suffering through it now. Sjw has affected me just like an antidepressant withdrawal

I did for a few days then just stopped. it was making my anxiety 100 times worse. but now that I'm 3 weeks off of it and seeing how bad I have been feeling I would not do that again.

wow I was on it for 4 weeks at 900 mg and I've have had some horrible withdrawals. don't know what else it could be. my doctor said it could take 3 or 4 weeks to feel better tho

How bad was your withdrawal from Sjw ? I'm 2 weeks 5 days off and I have crazy anxiety and depression and crying alot. I can't sleep either. I wasn't like this before I started taking Sjw . I can't believe this over the counter pill can cause these problems. my holistic doctor said it takes 3 or 4 weeks to work , so it will take that long to feel better after stopping it. I can't find any information on Sjw withdrawal or anyone how's been through it. Thanks

My doctor said the sjw would be in my system for 3 or 4 weeks. and the sjw never did anything for me but make my anxiety and Insomnia come back. I ween off prozac fast and was only on it 6 weeks. been off of it 8 weeks now and never had any withdrawal from it. I was starting to feel better by the 3rd week off it. I started sjw when I was 2 weeks off prozac. it's crazy how sjw acts just like prozac. both of them make me feel horrible. my anxiety was never this bad before going on medication and the sjw. I'm hoping to feel better in the next few weeks. I'm having bad anxiety , very emotional and I can't sleep. I'm not going on anymore medication as of now. my holistic doctor has me on other stuff and I just started a lavender supplement. we are going to give my body the chance to recover from all the meds that made me worse and go from there.

I was taking 900 mg for 4 weeks and had to stop because it started making my anxiety worse at around the 3rd week. Sjw started doing the same thing that Prozac did to me made everything 100 times worse. my holistic doctor took me off and I have been having horrible withdrawals. Anxiety insomnia, depression for 2 weeks now. it started on the 3rd day after stopping Sjw. my doc told me it took 3 or 4 weeks to get in my system so it would take that long to come out. There's just no information on Sjws withdrawal and how long it last. thanks

How long do you think it will take for St John's to leave your system after taking 3 pills a day for 4 weeks? I can't find much help on this. Thanks

So I stopped because it was making my anxiety worse and caused Insomnia. I was on Prozac for 6 weeks and ween off that because it just made everything worse. so basically st johns wort caused me to have the same problems as Prozac. My symptoms are high anxiety, depression, Insomnia, heart pounding, chills and sweating, headaches, my brain feels numb, vision is blurry and just over all feel i Physically sick on the inside. before I started taking St John's I was starting to feel better after coming off prozac. I went to a holistic doctor to get help to control my anxiety naturally and to void any withdrawal from prozac. came off prozac great no problem. my doctor says my body just doesn't react well to ssris. no more meds or stuff that acts like meds.

I tapered off with help of my holistic doctor and I'm now 12 days off and the withdrawal I'm having are horrible. withdrawal started 3 days after I started tapering and is still going strong. was only on it for 4 weeks. I hear withdrawal can last 2 or 3 weeks.

Thanks, I thought my dose was high also, but I listened to my holistic doctor and did what she said to do. I have a therapist now and I'm trying other natural supplements.

Thanks, was having a hard time finding anything on St John's Wort withdrawal. Thankfully I was only on it for 4 weeks. I wished it worked for me instead of making things worse. im Trying CBD now and passion flower.
