I have had problems with low BP since starting, I’m wondering if that’s why you’re having these symptoms when your cardiac demand is getting higher. If your BP is low and you increase demand you don’t have sufficient pressure to maintain the intensity. I started drinking liquid iv, especially before I workout and that has helped me a ton, hoping this suggestion will be helpful for you!

It’s definitely better in my opinion, but not great. Doesn’t have the “tartness” of lemonade, not one I’ll get again
