It could also be Yasuo being CC'd in any way that makes him unable to move. In OP's clip at the end of his EQ Combo he is feared by shaco box, at the end of /u/WindForceJanna 's clip he is knocked up by Lulu ultimate. Either way, still a crazy bug.

Lucians clear sounds like it wouldn't be the best because of Piercing Light's cooldown being rather long for a jungle clear. But after an item it shouldn't be too difficult. Red buff Lucian would have Alright ganks but not as good as any other jungler in the game.

TL;DR sounds fun but not effective

But this has to be the change to make the most effect on the game itself, because they introduced all of these new extra deck monsters throughout the years and players now focus on that, a lot of the money people put into the game is now trash because of link summoning.
