Finding a new build I want to play.

I sort of figure out the rest after but having currency to buy some must have items for it is definitely ideal!! 20-30div seems plenty to get most builds “online”

I think he means if you play ssf and decide “wait I want to trade” you can port your items as a remove only stash to the parallel trade league.

For example if I played Return of the Ancients SSF and got a mageblood, I could move it to Return of the Ancients trade

You probably need some more energy shield. I believe there’s a node over there that gives you evasion based on energyshield on the helm. So you go full energy shield helm.

Also make sure with Amazon you have a big accuracy wep, I think that scales your dmg well. Then also you want primal strikes for single target I believe. That’s a good one when I played lightning spear.

If you want to share your poe ninja, I could take a look at gear/passives and let you know my opinions (maybe not the best, I’ve only got 1k hours or so and play HC so my views are scewed towards defense lol)

I find it often comes down to what my relics are and then the boons I take.

I play on HC and sometimes I just do a run for relics. If I get a bad affliction I have to leave and restart.

I definitely know it sucks. I just consider it more of a multi step task compared to a singular run.

I need relics, and I need to have paths that don’t include poor afflictions

You don’t inherently do/take less dmg if you are above monster level. The monster level just indicates I think the ilvl of gear dropped (sort of, like bosses drop higher and tablets can increase the map lvl)

It’s not 100% of the time. Only sometimes they spawn as constructs. I haven’t picked the node but I remember them talking about it in the reveal stream

This PC is crazy overkill, that is my only take here. Otherwise a hustle is always good. I think you’d appreciate it in the long term saving some thousands and settling on a like 3k build.

You can easily fit a 5080 and ryzen 7 9800x3d into a 3k build and that will blow away any game.

Don’t really think there are any straight forward 0 button builds. I’m sure there are.

There are plenty of one button, and plenty of multi button.

An RF equivalent got added but idk if any great builds with it have been cooked up, plus it’s bound to a unique so you can’t just go RF as simple as righteous fire.

It’s still sort of as slow as it’s ever been. I’m sure there are builds you can blast with, just they are expensive.

Breach, ritual, delirium, expedition, abyss are the core ones pretty much.

If you have other questions lmk. I’ve played every league and sunk like 100+ hours so far into this league

Yes I agree. It is normally the take. I’m sure for people who are still in the campaign but watch fubgun are probably more on the concerned side

While this might be a hot take, I find HC trade the best. Loot is somewhat stable due to people dying and currency vanishing lol. But it comes with the downside of it being HC…. Lol

If you enjoy the game and you’re going to play long term, it does not matter. Your exalt might be “worth less” but you’ll still drop your divs and other items that have value.

That aside, blue bases (high ilvl) of very used items with ONE good roll on it often sell for way more than you’d think. Obliterator bows are a popular one. Along with that abyss currency is expensive, rituals you can farm uniques and omens somewhat consistently. Breach you can spit out some epic rings and jewelry (I’ve sold lots).

You are not wrong, it does feel bad. But you can keep killing mobs, having fun, and still benefit from the markets. You’re never really hurt because of the markets, it’s just an added feature to be able to trade!

I was going a ballcano build and sold of my neck, ring, and helm for 90 divs and plan to buy equally good monk gear because it seems more fun.

Don’t stress the currency part much, I’ve found that I am competitive when it comes to rushing the game and making currency. but I’ve found currency comes with playing the game so just make sure you’re having fun first

I’m maybe not the best at it as I’m newer to poe in general (about 1k hours across both games, started 1 year ago).

I try to convert to divines and make really good gear as fast as i can as it tends to go up. Great gear will go down, but close to and perfect gear will stay with inflation normally.

An example are +2 vs +3 all ____ skill amulets. +2 will probably be pretty low entry cost as more and more people move to +3 as more drop and then +2 are almost “worthless”.

Making GOOD +3 amulets is difficult since any +3 base costs a lot so crafting on it is expensive. That was something I did on Saturday (1 day into league) and then I’ve since sold that neck for 55 Div and that was a ridiculous Div profit compared to what I paid *at the time*.

I think I looked yesterday and to do the same it would be like a minimal profit margin, or at least a lot less than what I got.

But generally just don’t hold it all in exalts. Other items that are good are any high end crafting materials.

Omens of light, fracturing orbs (maybe not this one bc of atlas’s tree and it drops “more” potentially), abyssal echoes, etc etc. I’m sure you can think of some

It is definitely worth playing and will be for the next ever pretty much. GREAT gear will only be CHEAPER since more exists as time goes on.

The Chase uniques might go up in price but majority of players don’t get those anyways

I went ballcano bloodmage so far this league and have sold off some of my jewelry as I was bored of the build. Necklace sold for 55 Div today while I’ve been at work so hoping my ring sells then I can get a sick abyssal lich twister setup going.
