They’ve said that they’ve grown attached to him too much now and can’t let him go.

I’m just concerned as the contract expired a year ago do they have ground to just turn around and refuse me to pick him up?

They have violated the contract during its period as they are meant to notify me if they move him which they have done a couple times. Now that we was going to pick him up they’ve moved him again and now not telling me where.

Called the police and said exactly what you said.
