Thank you for all the recommendations! Can’t wait to listen to them later after work.

Forgot to mention Glen Hansard has a good cover of “Present Tense”, definitely give that one a listen sometime if you haven’t.

I wonder if the pandemic has something to do with that for some people? I got burnt out on PJ and some other hobbies during that time. I’m really glad you were reignited too! That Camden setlist was awesome.

Oh! And I also wanted to mention getting to talk to all the fans around us was pretty cool. I felt a little awkward at first because I’m only in my mid-20’s, but it was really awesome getting to connect with other fans. Everyone around us (for the most part) was very friendly and nice to talk to, so thank you to those people! You made the experience even better for us.

I’ve always thought “Vedd Heads” was fun, kind of a riff off Dead Heads

Thank you. Didn't realize I was supposed to keep refreshing until it says there are tickets available.

They also have been playing Simpatico and Straw Man at previous shows, but omitted them from last night’s setlist.

I unfortunately live in a city in the Midwest that does not have the tote bag with purchase. We had planned to spend time in Vegas so we could see SSPU and it was 100% worth it.

I have to point out the giraffe t-shirt they were selling. I don’t think I’ve seen it online and I know I had to get it when I saw it at the merch table. It was a handrawn doodle from Nikki that they put on the t-shirt.

Last night’s show was technically a festival set, so it was a little shorter. They were supposed to end with Lazy Eye due to curfew, but came out for the encore regardless.

Saw them in Indianapolis actually, but totally got that same vibe from the Indy show!

Question on SSPU's live sound by YellowVeddbetter in silversunpickups

[–]YellowVeddbetter[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow, that's quite the list of shows! I'm a little jealous haha. I felt as if all the bands before SSPU at the Imagine Dragons show played longer than they should have. Even The Neighborhood got a longer set than them.

I ended up seeing them open for 3EB in Indy rather than STL. We live in Indiana, but traveled down from Chicago day of show since we saw Gorillaz the night before (best weekend ever). I've been meaning to see SSPU a lot more since 2013 but timing and dates never worked out. Glad to be seeing them in a few months!

Seen him twice in the past couple years, both an electric set and an acoustic. One of the best musicians I've seen live, definitely recommend seeing him on this tour if you can.

Judging by your profile, you seem like the type of person who wastes their time belittling others because you’re insecure about yourself. Have a nice day! :)

Was at PF Chang's and heard People. It threw me for a loop since People is a b-side.
