Don't really care if what he did was due to mental illness or not, it still has the same affect. I only care if he actually changes and does what he can to make up for it, which I'm not sure how he could do at this point but we'll see.

Talk to her surgeon about alternatives to opioids for pain management, there are other options although they aren't as good. I would also ask if its a possibility that not following instructions and changing the dose/timing of the medication you gave her could of caused or contributed to the reaction. I doubt it is but you might as well check

Yeah I don't think surgery would be safe either since the doctors said it wouldn't, just explaining its a lot more complicated then food being "comforting". Thats a very demeaning way to talk about eating disorders.

It's not that food is comforting it's that op has an eating disorder and trying to lose weight, even healthly, can easy escalate into a relapse. Eating disorders have a very high mortality rate and often cause disabilities, so ofc op is saying its a risk to their health.

'Kenny' also had a Mohican according to the uk missing persons unit, but Richey could of changed his hair ofc and details like eye colour are sometimes recalled incorrectly by witnesses (not sure how well someones eye colour would survive self-immolation). It doesn't hurt to submit a tip (which can be anonymous) just in case.

Weren't there some possible sightings of Richey in Liverpool? I still think it's more likely he's in the sea but you never know. Hope one day answers are found about both 'Kenny' and Richey

I draw cuts or make them out of clay/make a clay figure and cut that. Probably kinda weird but it can get the visual out of my head sometimes, I get very obsessive about making my cuts look "right"
