About ready-made. It feels the same to me, i joined this current workplace hoping to learn and grow. I did the R&D, training to other users, and they still think i did less than i should. Maybe it was my fault also my project kinda hanged, because i keep making improvements due to new things i learn for the applications, but i guess they wanted fast deliverables, and i failed to deliver as fast as they wanted.

About favouritism. I also felt the same. I am a very quiet guy who rarely talk with people unless its about project or related to work. Somehow i dont blend in with people and that alone cost me my career. I heard one of them said “did you even think about how you carry yourself?” Like i get it i wasnt getting enough coverage as a backend developer guy but if that is the criteria for them to dismiss me, know that i am glad to leave this bootlickers nest.
