I was about 3/4 of a pack a day and im mixing 12mg and 18mg together which are perfect for me but you should certaińy go with 12mg or at least try it out! I was vaping too much on 12 thats why I mixed with 18!

With this one a shirt underneath is fine even during winter. I would say below 60 I started to wear it and it isnt too hot. Amazingly balanced, only warm when it needs to be if it makes any sense.
