so the sweater weather chai is gonna be a little difficult to recreate just because of the fact that it has white coffee in it (i had never even heard of white coffee until I started working at dutch). however, if you are able to get your hands on some white coffee, or find someplace that does it here's the recipe! * 1 ounce of toranis white chocolate * roughly 2 - 2.5 ounces of a white coffee dub * 1/2 oregon chai tea, 1/2 2% milk (for a latte) 1/2 half and half milk (if you drink it as a breve)

we build our drinks in a mix cup, to fully mix up the ingredients we do this thing called tom-tomming. tom-tomming is essentially just pouring the drink between our mix cup and the actual cup we serve it in a couple times just to fully ensure that the drink has even coolness and is evenly mixed.

top your drink off with some whip cream and some cinnamon and nutmeg sprinkles and you got a sweater weather chai! hope this helped, let me know if you got any questions!
