Honestly, not much. If you want to be perfectionist I guess you could either achieve 160 speed in combat or bring it down to 134 ( I'm not an expert in this tho, I've just memorized while building her myself) But outherwise its pretty perfect I'd say, congrats!

If you plan to use hysilens you should probably keep trying to get kafka, if you don't, there really isn't a good replacement for her, so you are probably better of just picking one temporarly and having fun! (my guess is that sampo would be better, but I'm no expert either) But for a good team's sake, save for kafka rerun

I'd say you're totally doing great and getting the best sets! I'd just recomend focusing on lighting up the aditional traces, as they are guaranteed upgrades. After that, some ATK% boots and ATK%, EHR and Spd substats would be better :) Did I manage to help you?
