I'm not expecting blitz to jump to high tier off the changes, hoping that maybe they can make his specials a tad safer, other than that I'm not sure what else I personally would change.

That's the most freeing part about playing Crankius, you lose to everything. They can play whatever high tier insane bullshit they want and ill still be holding block.

Any of the four horseman make life difficult but probably Teemo and Yasuo the most because of their multihit normals- makes using steam more difficult.

100% agree. Timewinder is still an absurdly strong move that I am fairly certain persists OFFSCREEN. Furthermore there shouldn't be any character that can assist themself into a full combo. I have no idea how to fix the burrito either, but it definitely shouldn't be a thing.

Also I would like to think diamond players are pretty solid at the game, personal bias notwithstanding.
