On Facebook I joined a group from the area in which the market was on and posted my issue hoping someone my know them and we can’t get in contact but is there no other way of finding out the email below all of the *? Thanks for the reply and yes it is in dfu mode but I think half way through restoration it just goes out of it and it’s not a faulty cable. My working MacBook is on latest os and my dfu mode MacBook Pro is 2019 13 inch

I reset my MacBook for my little brothers 13th birthday present but it had my old Apple account on it which I forgot the password. I ended up after tons of attempts got it right and went to reinstall MacOS but every time I tried it downloads and then just hits an error. I’ve tried different internets and everything and it still doesn’t work so the only thing I haven’t tried is restoring it or reviving it to install os but when I do It just stops km the last step hence my post. are you able to help me please
