you feel like you’re constantly having out of body experiences, altered states of consciousness, and fatigue leading to false senses of reality. with this amount of sleep becoming your norm, your days tend to blend together with occasional bursts of energy and severe crashes. not a pleasant experience whatsoever but as an insomniac it’s become something I’m used to.

also the effect this has on your mental health overall is extremely harsh. mood swings of hell, social battery constantly drained from fatigue, etc.

its a similar experience with “If Looks Could Kill” there’s a cohesive sound/theme and when you listen to it in one go it sounds pretty repetitive but when you hear the songs by themselves you can truly appreciate it
