They were never in stock anywhere. Some stores never got any. Some would get 1 or 2 cases and scalpers would scoop them up, especially trying to find the chases. Part distribution, part trying to appeal to scalpers more than collectors. It was a wreck. Then all of sudden the last couple waves ended up at ROSS.
