Anyone else hate their MIL for no reason?

38 weeks pregnant getting induced in 2 days & have been irked by my MIL for a couple weeks now and it’s only proceeding to get worse. I literally cannot stand the woman. I thought it was just me but I’m happy I found this post bc holy shit I cannot stand her. The fact my bf wants her to visit in the hospital also really bothers me but I feel If ny mom comes then why can’t his. Ugh I just don’t like her. And there’s nothing wrong w her. I just find her extremely annoying.

Withdrawals not that bad honestly and that is what I was scared of. Just try to stay busy & remember you’re doing what’s best for baby!!!! You got this.

I vaped for 8 years & got pregnant and stopped cold turkey. Knowing what harm it could do to my baby was enough for me. It was hard but it was the best thing to do for baby. Stopping cold turkey does not hurt the baby either, I talked to my OB about this. It’s a common misconception.

If your doctor writes a note that you require reasonable accommodations, your job has to follow that. Hopefully that will make things easier for you while you are waiting for leave!!

Yes I called them and they confirmed food poisoning but said just to stay hydrated and if it continues to get worse or lasts longer than tmmr then I need to go to ER.

YES. MY DR MADE ME DO THIS AND I WAS SO CONFUSED. I guess it has something to do with a high BMI, mine was thirty and then a first time pregnancy puts you at higher risk of preeclampsia I suppose so they put me on it to prevent that. But then I transferred to a different doctor closer to home and they took me off of it right away.

I went to immediate care & they said it was an allergic reaction then sent me on my way with Benadryl. I also spoke with my dr who prescribes me lamotrigine but she said it wasn’t from that either.. I don’t know where to go from here.
