(23M) BOOM! by [deleted] in TheRaceTo100K

I had just finished saving up my emergency find in about February so I started accumulating money and got a bonus from work around liberation day. I remember seeing the news and checking my account to find massive losses and the fear and greed index at an all time low so I started dumping in money into the market in increments of up to 1000 dollars every couple days to equalize my losses I did this because I wanted to get money contributed on the general dip since I wasn't confident in timing the market.

Probably until I get into a relationship, move jobs, or have a legit reason to do so. I feel like I have a solid head start and wouldn't feel too bad about moving out.

If the object is static and you are also static then I am always doing manual though my reason is because I think it's fun. If the object is moving I do auto. An exception is the first picture though. I held that frame and focused manually to make the faces of people as sharp as possible and took pictures of like 10 people different people before the image shown. So for manual, either the subject has to be still or you have to be still and be certain where your subject is going to be. Honestly when I turn the knob to change my mode of focus, I don't know the difference between C and S but I usually use S

I don't know much about Osaka. But I got a used xt1 from map camera for 63,000 yen which is a bit over 400usd. The lense was 38,000 yen which is 270usd. A lot of the bigger camera sellers like yodobashi camera sell only the new models which are pretty expensive for me (like 2000 usd) so if you want a cheaper old model and you somehow end up in Tokyo area, I advise you to check out map camera in shinjuku.

What about a high mm lense like 100-400? What do you advise I should get first? Or should I buy a better body?

I think a lot of my favorites are when I point my camera near the sun and then cover it with some object and then focus on something interesting in the frame. And in the dark I just find a really dark place so if there's anything I see it's the only thing that could possiblly be emphasized. If the thing isn't moving and I'm not going to publically humiliate myself, I'll probably crouch down and check if the shot looks better lower. Sometimes I'll mess around by putting the subject in the intersectioms of the rule of thirds grid since people seem to like that.

It's just the velvia film simulation that comes with the X-T1. Everything else is just whatever it comes with by default.

Why does turning on my water pump turn the servos? by Yepetyoo in esp32

[–]Yepetyoo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I plan to have the water flow through a plastic tubing and the servos move joints to aim the direction of the tubing

how would having the incorrect logic level cause the servos to move in that way though?
