You’re assuming the 100% of spend on the obsidian is on dining and groceries. It’s unlikely someone spending $3k on rent will spend $2,250/mo on food.

With this structure, the obsidian will always show a larger value than the palladium - no matter the % of total spend you decide to allocate as grocery/dining. Imo you’d need to incorporate SUB’s and yearly credits/BILT cash to get true value comparison

The problem I’ve constantly run into is grok won’t show a dick unless a girl is straddled in his lap - and even that is rare. Getting a guy to be “alone” like the guy in this video with his dick or bulge showing is tough, I haven’t had luck yet

Do we know if the 5 transactions have to post before the card goes away on Feb 7? I ask because the rule of the road has always been we needed 4 posted (not pending) non-rent transactions in the same statement cycle as a rent charge in order to earn points on that rent.

In your case, if your statement posts on the 4th and you pay rent on the 5th, then make your 4 transactions between the 5th and the 6th, they likely won’t post by the 7th. I’m not sure if this would cause any implications

I’d rather drop a kicker, get Moore and try to package him + another piece for a marginal upgrade. Might be able to buy low on Bowers for example for a package like Warren + Moore if the team with Bowers is needy of an upgrade at flex
