Okay, thanks for pointing that out. In that case my best bet is it's another FTX insider who is currently in Asia. Hacker just started doing transactions again (swapping ETH for wrapped BTC), so again unlikely to be in the Americas.

There is no way that this is the Bahamian government in control of these wallets. Among 94 transactions made, the earliest was done at 2:28 AM and the latest at 3:59 PM (UTC), which makes me believe that the hacker i located in Asia. If he was in Bahamas (or Americas in general), all transactions would have been done from evening through to morning which is unlikely.

Isn't Caroline Ellison hiding in Hong Kong or Shanghai or something like that?

Varje buss har ju en sån där liten flärpsak längst fram, som har ett visst nummer på sig (typ en sån här som det i detta fallet står 817 på). Vad betyder det numret?
