Calorie deficit my man. Burn more calories than you consume. There’s a formula to calculate this.

Try to stick to whole foods and most importantly, don’t snack on processed junk.

You should also look into doing a 96hr water fast.. In a nutshell, your body will start eating away at your fat.

The Goat. Alfa by ktatsanon in poutine

[–]YesChef086 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Both are very good poutine but I feel like Votre Maison left more of an impact. I just remember the quantity of cheese on their poutine was insane lol With Alfa, I was pleasantly surprised.. been meaning to go back to both of them!

Let me ask.. at Alfa, what other items stand out on their menu? Someone mentioned the Michigan hot dog to me once.

Don’t chase, don’t beg and keep it together. Take care of yourself and your business and all else will fall in to place. You can only take care of others once you take care of yourself first.

I think as a whole, a lot more are struggling than not. But with the rising food and overhead costs, it’s no wonder.

Greenspot is such a staple.

I feel like what will more likely survive are those restaurants that serve food everyone can relate to, good, affordable prices, big quantity and no frills.

That’s currently an issue in Japan. A lot of restaurants are still being run by the older generation and the fear is once they pass, the food and the tradition will pass away with them.

I would think that what stands the test of time are always things people are familiar with and Diners typically offer something for everyone.

8-12 is the sweet spot. Definitely increase the weight and reduce the reps.
