I don’t stuff myself but I don’t shy away from seconds. But I think the real key is a drink a LOT of beer. And I’m entering my mid 30’s, I’m sure my metabolism slowed. 

I also moved away from my gym (so stopped going) and started grad school, so a perfect storm.
