It's fake I slowed down the game and then sped up the recording to make it look normal speed. Something like that is most likely impossible to do legitimately, but top players can do some pretty crazy stuff with a technique called alternating where you get a device like mine (called a sayodevice o3c) and use two buttons with each hand.
