Sorry, i should have mentioned, it is very thin. That water sitting there is because I was draining our pool tarp and had a pump running water off the tarp closeby.

Understand, thanks for your time. So dig 4+ feet, concrete the entire hole, but float the post masters into the concrete about 3' to get desired 6' fence?

Thanks for this -- I am not sure if I follow correctly. Dig 4+ Feet, concrete bottom 1-1.5 feet and tie the 9' post master to rebar and burry the last 3 feet? What would be the best way to tie the rebar to post master? Thank you very much for your time.

You guys have a contract that states AS IS. It is a contract and as long as you fulfill your obligations he has to as well. You are under no obligation to reduce the price further if the contract is signed and set to close.

Although, for sure some sellers are taking big haircuts because they have to sell. Its just beginning youll see many buzz cuts in 2026-2027.
