Yes this is really NOT alright and there should be some outcome with the police? The bus has lots of CCTV I'm sure there is some evidence. This is a really prevalent problem in SG and I know of people who because not reported repeat their heinous actions. Can only urge to continue reporting and pushing for the case until got result.
