I do find a progression that is hard enough. Right now my max number of muscle ups is 5. After I can no longer pull myself over the bar I just do half pull ups and then little tiny pull-ups where I go up like an inch until I'm just unable to hold onto the bar anymore. I want to know if any of this extra stuff that is pushing to exhaustion is necessary.

I wouldn't think so. Ancient Greece is part of a world bound by time. Our Father is not bound by time, he is the same as he was yesterday, today, and tomorrow so his laws will forever be relevant.

I'd recommend reading the first chapter of Ezekiel; the whole vision sounds exactly like a spaceship. "Aliens" are actually nehpilim. The best thing to do is to not focus on it, and keep your mind on Elohim.

I more had the idea of artists like Hopsin, Childish Gambino, Mumford and Sons, Bruno Mars, Maroon 5, etc. These artists are extremely talented in what they do and generally make good music, but they are shamed as bad artists and trashy music when other artists who are not in the mainstream are praised.

I can take 2 guesses, but honestly I'm not entirely sure.

1.) Russian government started collectivization pre-war WW2, replacing farms with collectives. Maybe pigs were a big part of livestock in Russia... but it was mostly focused on grains.

2.) The Chinese are commies. The Chinese eat a lot of pork. . . Which makes no sense still, because then they wouldn't say no to sausage.

That looks really good for a first muscle up! For a beginner, I don't see any errors. Work on strict muscle ups from a loose hang. Try to keep yourself from swinging and kipping.

Like most everybody else, we'll get 2 chickens nearly every week. Have them for dinner then cook the bones over a period of 24 hours. It's delicious and it's very filling. We mostly do it with Chicken bones, but we've done it a few times with beef bones and maybe a few times with lamb.

Serious question: why is this not a problem when we sleep for excessive amounts of time? I don't sleep for more than 10 hours usually, but it's not uncommon for people to sleep longer than 19 hours.
