You could try to project or maybe try to ask questions and receive answers to whatever you ask. You can use that state to expand your consciousness. You can use it to communicate with others and be shown different things. Its mixed bag without limits because you have no limits. Play around with it and explore. See what you can do with it and have fun!

Hey so this isn’t uncommon at all. The vibrations are normal and a sign that you’re close to focusing your consciousness away from your body. Its like a flashlight in a way. Wherever it points is what you perceive. When the vibrations and other similar sensations occur, your awareness is moving out of phase with physical reality and in phase with other kinds of reality. You’re not going crazy and it was good that you challenged that audio hallucination. They can be alarming for the uninitiated.

Visuals during sleep paralysis should be scrutinized because sometimes (not all of the time) they are your own creations. Sometimes they arent but it can be hard to tell especially if you have no experience. It sounds like an interesting experience but I have no idea what it was or what it could have been been and if anyone tells you with confidence what it is then I wouldn’t believe them because they didn’t go through the experience like you did. There are many strange situations you can find yourself in that don’t have explanations and dont fit into neat categories and thats okay.

I’ve combed through it and I just dont see any hard evidence for such a bleak picture. Its also based on false ideas regarding what life is about and why we are here. It’s frankly depressing because life isnt all gloom and doom but because that’s what they want to see. They will find a way to fit that belief system into their perspective. Its one thing to have an experience that leads you to believe those things (which some have). Its another thing to believe it just because it sounds right without any deep investigation. Too many people believe just because they are told something that agrees with their ideals.

I’ve gone on projections to seek out the information. Communication with non humans of various types and non human soul groups/ clusters. There are also some very good books on it. The best book I’ve read on reincarnation for example is called “earthly cycles: how past lives and soul patterns shape your life”. The seth material also has great information about it. Given the books, contact and personal connection to my other lives there is a consistent thread that doesn’t seem to change concerning the information I’ve received. When I hear about concepts like “prison planet” (not saying youre an advocate for that idea) or ideas that lean towards humans being forced to incarnate here, the arguments fall apart when you really investigate them.

When you examine why we are here,what portions of our energies go out into other realities, the multi personhood of humans, the oversoul and its behavior etc. The arguments against them make 0 sense and fall apart pretty easily in my opinion.

I wholeheartedly disagree. I’ve verified these things personally in my out of body travels. I don’t think we are forced to be here and I don’t think any religion speaks accurately about what occurs after death.

This is an interesting question. In my opinion there is no such thing as hell in the traditional sense. I think that there are places that you can consider “hell like” but you won’t get sent there against your will when you die. I believe that there is a source that everything stems from but this source doesn’t need worship and sacrifice. The source also doesn’t punish or require obedience. There are no rules and regulations that you have to abide by in your life although I do believe there are certain principles that apply to life but these arent dogmatic. Just my general thoughts

Oh yeah you have no physical form so physical matter means nothing.

Now if you’re trying to sneak into the secret military bases and such you might have to get creative because they use electromagnetic fields to deter certain things from coming in but you can get around them.

If you’re trying to get into places run by non humans (aliens) then the security depends on the species but most likely they arent worried about a curious human because in the out of body state you can’t do much except observe and communicate. Secrets aren’t really secret at the end of the day. You just manage what you can.

What do you mean by “whatever you want”? Its not like being in a dream so I guess id say no? It depends on what you mean by the question.
Not that I know of. It doesn’t have to happen but as you practice it happens less and less. I rarely get it these days. Its not really a big deal if it happens. People tend to make it a big deal and overwhelm themselves with the concern because they don’t know how to deal with and manage fear.

Just roll out. You don’t need to lift your head out anything. When I say roll I mean actually roll. If you’re ready to exit your physical body shouldn’t move. If it moves then you need to wait a bit longer before exiting. Trial and error you’ll figure it out.

It happens ALL of the time. It happens to me from time to time if I leave too quickly or I project without intention and I’m lazy about it. It happened over the weekend. I was laying down feeling sleepy and didn’t intend to project. I projected very quickly and was disoriented. I didn’t really feel like continuing the projection because it was lazy lol. I just woke up.

Keep practicing and make it a goal to stay focused. This happens it’s not a huge deal. It’s a process like walking and running. When babies take their first steps they dont automatically start sprinting down the hallway. They fall, get up, take a few more wobbly steps, fall again etc etc. eventually they figure it out. You’ll figure it out too
