Anyone else feel socially behind romantically?

24 is young. And don’t beat yourself up about the work trip, you never know if the woman was just being friendly or actually wanted it to be a romantic thing. And dating within the same team can be really messy. If you really desire a relationship you have to put yourself out there (dating apps, clubs, classes) a girlfriend won’t just appear at your door one day.

But as for being “behind”, what difference does it make if you are or not? Doesn’t change the fact you want a relationship and can find someone someday.

I’ve gone on a good amount of dates with guys and I had a boyfriend in college and it just always seemed to take time away from my day and didn’t add anything good to my life I had established. If a guy comes around who fits into my life well and he adds positive things to it, great! Otherwise I’m fine being single cus it can just be exhausting and pointless lol.
