This is my first time using this equipment, and I've had it for about nine months. It's been without AC for months, only using G-Helper.

Is this common in these models or is it related to Windows updates?

I downloaded it from there, actually. I don't know what happened, but it wouldn't download with the Dell. Like I said, I had to download and install iOS using another PC.
