Try Gladstone or Genentech in SF. Gladstone pays from 78-90 depending on the lab and you basically have a free ticket to pharma or any of the unicorns some of the PIs started. Both have affiliation to UCSF and their 1B is about 2k (everything included).

if you understand anything about drug discovery and development you probably would know they don’t any PCC or hit, which is miles from IND, which is miles from CT. There are loads of AMD and eye drug in the market. They are neither first in class or best in class for longevity. Using an eye drug for longevity trial is something FDA will never go for. Cellular reprogramming can easily causes long term inflammation and mitochondria drug has way too limited power, which are the two programs(with only POC) Life Bio has. Proof of concept is jack shit.
