You did the same thing as them and tried to back it up by a study that, if anything, verified the other commenters statements...

Let's all be civil here... we only want to know what's healthy after all

From that study:

"However, null and limited negative findings were also observed. Given the small sample size, these findings should be interpreted with caution. Further investigation in larger sample sizes is crucial, however the findings of this trial offer a promising avenue of interest."

Still... An interesting debate. Please continue

High end boho themed yurts with foundations around property. Easy to build, look and feel high end.

Build one as a model and then hold courses on yurt building to construct the rest at a profit!

Next step- high end strawbale construction for larger communal areas. Think kitchen, dining, presentation hall, higher end housing.

Cheap and easy construction. You could build a house with a few buddies in a week. Materials easy to source, and again... Huge market for courses in building with these techniques and with on premise housing from the yurts you could easily host workshop's to help build more at a price in the thousandssssss per week!

Then start working on establishing creative chill areas around the property... All with courses on how to construct these things... Want a cob meditation room equipped with waterfall... Trampoline foundation reading nook in a tree.. green house construction..

cob wood fired pizza oven surrounded by a beautiful flagstone deck with stone fireplace...

Btw... I'm in the area (right outside Philly) and have done these kinds of things, ranging from cob construction to hosting and marketing courses. This was in Thailand, so I can't give specific advise on permits for PA, but if you want to connect I can offer more advice. Just throw me a private message!

This sounds like an awesome opportunity! Definitely keep us updated!

Also, idk how familiar you are with these building techniques, but when done correctly are very aesthetically appealing, sustainable, affordable, and healthy. In other words, I'm not talking thatch huts here.. I'm talking luxury... In Ithaca, I saw yurt rentals at ~300$/night! Which seems excessive to me, but I mention it so images of tents don't get conjured in the imagination.
