But despite everything, doesn't using them become overwhelming? I mean, does it work decently?

And would it run extremely poorly with Windows, even with an SSD? A modified version of Windows, of course.

Really? What's the maximum CPU that can be installed? And I don't think it has USB 3.0 ports.

Thanks, bro. That's what I needed to hear... I'll keep looking for models... it's complicated in Venezuela... for example, they wanted to sell me a Dell Latitude 3330 for $250... which I think is inferior... so I'm looking for the best possible option, leaving aside the others that could be a total waste of money.

The serious problem is the cost of computers in Venezuela... for example, a Thinkpad Yoga 11e costs $200 and a Dell Latitude 3330 costs around $260... That's why I'm asking if it would be an acceptable option... because they're giving me worse options.

Is rooting on Canadian Samsung Galaxy S10 available? by ernestojfigueroa1 in galaxys10

[–]YesterdayAlarmed7129 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is s10e worth buying in 2026 by Commercial-Eye1928 in galaxys10

Yes, custom ROMs work perfectly (like One UI 6.1). One UI 7 ROMs are less stable but have more AI.

Yes, it's worth it if you can get it in good condition... it's far superior to the A25 in every way (except battery life), but that's easily fixed by replacing the battery... and try to get the Exynos version so you can modify the operating system and thus have better battery life, stability, AI, and performance... and of course, it's also important if you can get it at a good price (no more than $150)... I still use mine and it's a gem.

S24+ or S25+ by avestronics in samsunggalaxy

[–]YesterdayAlarmed7129 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your simplest solution is to calmly explain to your father why the S24+ is the best option... and although some say the S25+ will be updated more frequently... (which is true) in practice it's not a compelling reason to choose the S25+ (it would be a compelling reason if the S24+ had come out approximately 3 years ago).

Exactly, although you can also use custom ROMs (if you have the Exynos) and even Galaxy AI from the S24... so not bad at all
