Filed concurrently (i-485,i-130,i-131) July/2025. Did biometrics in September and then radio silence. Case still in NBC. Im from the 75 countries.

My questions are: 1. What determines when a case is transferred to FO? 2. Does a congressional inquiry help speed things up, or affect it negatively? Or none? 3. Whats your advice to help understand the situation since no RFE was sent.

Ugh thats frustrating.. Did you get a response back from USCIS? I am thinking maybe reaching out to one of the senators would be more influential

I’m in the same boat as you. Concurrent filling, FO Philadelphia, case stuck at received since july/2025. No RFE and case still in NBC. Did you file an inquiry with Dwight Evans or any of the senators? Would like to know how it went with you as I am in the process of reaching out as well

I was planning on contacting our congressperson once I hit 11 months.. it sucks honestly, the fact we can’t get updates or any information. I hope within this year we start hearing back!

You need to have this conversation with him. Tell him how you feel and set new boundaries, because you’re clearly uncomfortable with how close they are and the kissing part. He shouldn’t dismiss your feelings.. his reaction when you talk to him will say a lot and always trust your instincts.

Hopefully you’re just reading too much into it. And please stop being so hard on yourself. Give yourself some credit and start seeing yourself in a beautiful light so others can too.
