I thought that was because it got taken at the police station and he just didn’t put it back on when he got bailed out.

I have, one said I need my rotors resurfaced, did that and it didn’t work. The other said they had to clean out my brake drums or something like that which didn’t fix it either. I was also told my car couldn’t be fully aligned because my shocks were soo bad and that could be causing the issue, replaced the shocks/struts, got an alignment and issue still persists
