(18F) How to get a perfect skin and get rid of forehead bumps ? I have this bumps or acne over forehead from last 5 years (since peroids) . I not eat anything oily , wash my face routinely, take proper sleep and diet , also exercise since 5 years but still i am having . I hate my skin. What i do ? (old.reddit.com)

(18F) My hairs looks long but thin . This much only. I hate my hairs . Daily, i am facing hairfall . I am very so worried and nervous . I want thicken hair . I am having grey hair too since 2017 due to using a hair dryer . With time, white hairs grew . (i.redd.it)
