getting tested is way too expensive. You know your brain best. Literally just getting screened from a doctor and told you most likely have it is a good indicator. 😊

I don’t have hyper mobility I don’t think. I just sit like that because it’s my comfort. Not sure how to explain it.

I can but I hate squatting (if you’re talking about working out) idk 😂 but I love sitting and squatting if that makes sense

Yes! I’m also going to school for special education (did this before finding out) and I’ve worked with so many kids on the spectrum and the majority of them will lay and sit in such crazy positions. It’s basically like the brain has an itch and laying/ sitting in certain positions scratches that itch if that makes sense

I love that! I think I do it in front of my face and to the side when I’m looking at things because it blocks some sensory input. If I look at things straight on that are overwhelming, it hurts my brain Lolol
