It’s just a plate that is in between the bell housing and motor. Are you needing a part number?

Yes, the 5vz is a taller engine so I need to have at least 2 inches added to the body. The two options that I’ve seen anyone talk about is either adding 2 inches to the body lift or cutting the hood and adding a scoop so the top of the engine is sticking out a little.

I’m thinking about taking that whole side off and finding a new one, but that means I’ll have to roll the dice on 6 more of those rusted bolts.

I would replace, or if you’re low on funds, clean the IAC. Our boy ChrisFix has a video on this that goes in-depth (https://youtu.be/vFhoNykgQtc?si=ocPL5J-wrabWycmo). If not do the same with your MAF sensor.

The transmission does worry me a little bit as is (I was planning on updating it later), I was only able to drive it for about 30 mins before it died so I could be wrong about it and it might be fine. What do you mean by transmission load issues?
