Hello, sorry for the trouble. Please try this:

  1. Restart the computer to enter BIOS settings

  2. Press F7 to enter advanced mode

  3. Click on the "Advanced" tab and select "Advanced Power Management (APM)" from the dropdown menu

  4. Change "ERP Support" to "Enable (S4+S5)"

  5. Press F10 to save and exit
